Freight charges are per box, per address for the continental US only (does not include shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.) All orders shipped to a Post Office Box will be charged the UPS ground rate PLUS $5.95 per box per address.
**Indianola Pecan House is NOT responsible for incorrect addresses. Any corrections made by UPS results in a $25 charge, which if due to customer error, will be passed along to the customer.**

Shipping charges for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and International (including Canada, FPO & APO), vary depending upon the destination and weight of your order. These charges are calculated by the warehouse once the order has been packed. An estimated total can be given by phone. There is an additional $5.95 charge for handling international orders.
