Freight
charges are per box, per address for the continental US only (does
not include shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.) All
orders shipped to a Post Office Box will
be charged the UPS ground rate PLUS $2.95
per box per address.

incorrect addresses. Any corrections made by UPS results in a
$25 charge, which if due to customer error, will be passed along to
the customer.**
